What should you do if you, the window cleaner, are the only person left that has a regular check-in on an isolated person? Is it your place to seek reconnect them to the outside world?

"Their Place" is a narrative game where the player takes on the role of a window cleaner who washes the windows of the same resident every month. Throughout the game, you follow the life of this resident, first only told by objects that change in their apartment, later, as the resident becomes more isolated and spends more time at home, also through the behavior and interactions with the resident themselves. The themes that emerge include loneliness, the role of technology in loneliness, and our relationship with virtual characters. The game is an innovative experiment in interactive and immersive storytelling in mobile games.
